Live in a schoolhouse

I could live in an old schoolhouse, I think...

Especially one that's painted barn red with white trim.
With a killer view of Hood Canal.
And my own saltwater beach, just across a quiet street.
And views to the east to watch the sun come up.
And to the west to see the last light of every day.
